Gameswear Fridays - Are You Game? Contest
We’ve got our Are You Game? contest up and running! Listen for your cue to call in on CJCD Mix 100 every Friday, with lots of great prizes to win! If your company has participated in the Gameswear Fridays program, wear your AWG gear on Fridays, and call in to CJCD and tell them how many people are wearing their gear in your office. First person through wins a gift certificate to Foxy’s Den, the official Arctic Winter Games store in the Panda II Mall, and has their name put into a box for the Are You Game? trip for two to Edmonton to be drawn at the end of February 2008. No limit to the number of times you can call in – the more you play, the better chance you have to win the trip!
Companies will have their names announced on CJCD, and the Arctic Winter Games GF Detective will come to your office and take a picture of the winner and their colleagues, and post that on the AWG website.
- CJCD will announce the GF – Are You Game? contest leading up to the first Friday of the month and announce what time on Friday you can call in;
- On Friday at the designated time, the first caller through has their name and company announced on the radio, and describes how many people at their office are wearing the gear;
- That first caller is entitled to a gift certificate to be redeemed at Foxy’s Den, the AWG store in the Panda II Mall;
- The AWG Detective goes out to the company and takes a picture of the caller and participants wearing the AWG gear;
- The company has their name announced on the radio as participants in the Gameswear Fridays program, and supporter of the 2008 Games;
- The person’s name, company & picture are posted on the website under contests;
- Contest running from November 2007 to the end of February 2008, when we will draw the winning name for a trip for two to Edmonton!
